  1. Great draft!  I found all of your scenarios real possibilities.
  2. If the Titans don't take Mike Williams, I think the Bengals will strongly consider taking him.  I like that you slotted him there.
  3. I don't think the Chargers will need to trade up for Adams.  Hooker may even fall to them.  I don't see the coaching staff willing to surrender the picks.  Even if Adams/Hooker are both off the board, I think they'll just select one of OT prospects.  Maybe even trade back.
  4. I don't think Solomon Thomas falls out of top 12.

I like the Mock overall, but there are a few things that I would like to question. The first thing is the Bills-Panthers trade. I see no reason for that trade to Happen because Mitch will end up going to the anyway because Carolina and Cincinnati do not need QB help. I also disagree with the Chargers reasoning for picking Jamal Adams. Even though I agree with the pick, they could take Cam Robinson with that pick. He is worthy of the 7th pick, especially if it is to keep your great quarterback upright. My last complaint is about the steelers. I HIGHLY doubt that they will choose a QB in the first round no matter what Big Ben says. I can see a Davis Webb in later rounds, but the steelers will probably end up getting either a corner or a linebacker at that pick. Hassan Reddick is a player who can play any of ther LB positions and I like there. Sidney Jones may go there too since you have him dropping to the Saints in round 2.

@nickbam99@yahoo.com

In regards to the Bills-Panthers trade, it's based on I think the Bengals or Panthers could be willing to sell the pick to Cardinals or Browns for Trubisky.  If they really feel he's there guy, I think they trade up just a few spots to ensure no one else jumps ahead of them.

Fair point on the Chargers trade.  I just think it's more likely they address it with their second round pick because Adams is such a superior prospect over Robinson in my opinion.

For the Steelers, I doubt it will happen too.  But, it be fun to see it happen.

Good mock man.  My one criticism would be Aaron Donald falling to 24.  I highly doubt he falls out of top 16 picks.  Otherwise though, every pick you have has some legit logic to it.

@egionofboom

I agree that Gilbert is indeed over Dennard for the reasons you said.  However, I think Detroit will want Dennard because I think they want more of a press-corner.

Good point on Lewan vs. Martin - Martin very well might jump him.

Thanks for the comment on Jean-Baptise.  I don't think enough people realize how good of a prospect he is.

@Augustshettler@yahoo.com

Why would you argue he is not top 10?  I don't necessarily disagree.  I'd just like to hear your reasoning.

@jshampo

Haha, no man, THANK YOU!  This draft is deep with OL and they can easily address those needs in rounds 2,3, and so on.

@bugsbunny

I expected a lot of comments on the undervaluing of OL in round one.  That's definitely fair and something I need to adjust in next week's mock.

I obviously need to better evaluate Fuller then.  I didn't think he was close to as Gilbert and Dennard as you state.  I will definitely look at it though.

The more and more I study Borland, the more and more I agree with what you said.  He is looking more like a 3-4 draft choice.

You might be right about Detroit.  I think it would be wise of them to consider taking two though because of a division featuring Packers and even the Bears WR corps now.

I understand what you mean about to many centers in round 2, but it is an important need for some teams.

After future evaluating Attaochu this morning - I agree round three is to low for him.  Thanks for the input.

I need to keep evaluating the Florida defensive backs.

Thanks for you insight man!  Definitely gave me something to work off of on my next draft.

@Saints fan

I doubt it.  I think Sean Payton feels like he can draft a Drew Brees replacement outside of round one if he wants to do so anytime soon.  That's an interesting scenario though!  That would definitely shock everyone on draft day.  If it happens, we will all owe you some credit for calling it!

@Rdobrenski

Thanks man.  Yes, filling out a mock draft is like filling out a March Madness Bracket.  To me, the draft is about as great as March Madness.  This is the opportunity for franchises to shift their futures.  The Seahawks taking Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman is later rounds has completely changed the future of their franchise.  Their division was once the worst in the NFL.  Now it is arguably the best.

I am begining to think the same about QBs.  I think teams are less likely to reach now because of prospects like Blaine Gabbert, Christian Ponder, and even Jake Locker.  Watching where all these QBs fall will be interesting to watch.  As a Texans fan, I trust Bill O'Brien to make the right decision on a QB - whether that be in round one or two.

@ Saints fan

I understand how you feel about Ford being a little "to rich".  I think it will be tough to get Van Noy in round two at their spot those.  A lot of teams like him.  Jeremiah Attachu could definitely be an option though.

Thanks for you input man!!  I always appreciate the comments!

@ comment below

At least man up and explain why.  And no, I'm a Texans fan from Houston.
